In this paper, I’m going to analyze the scenario of the employment relationship between Mary and Little Lamb Company.

Firstly, I’m going to classify Mary as an independent contractor or an employee and provide the rationale for my classification.

The criterion used to tell an independent contractor from an employee is the degree of control and degree of independence. Introduction
Nowadays
television plays increasingly more important role in the life of people and the category the most susceptible to the impact of television are children. Obviously, this invention of the 20th century has contributed significantly to the development of technologies, telecommunications, culture but what is probably more important it affected the lifestyle greatly. In such a situation, it should be pointed out that the impact of television is not always positive. On the contrary, nowadays it is possible to speak about a very serious negative impact of television on people’s psychology, health, social behavior, etc.

Naturally, in such a situation, children are in great danger to suffer from negative effects of television for the earlier an individual starts watching television, the more influence he/she will be.

Unfortunately, the development of television in recent years is rapid, but there are a few indications of the improvement of the general situation as for its negative impact on a personality. This is why it is extremely important to start working on the solution of the problem, especially about children since they are influenced much easier by television and more seriously than adults because of the peculiarity of their psychology which is in the process of formation. “The Chrysanthemums” is a powerful piece of fiction by John Steinbeck, dealing a variety of themes in a very short format. The plot of the story is so simple that it seems primitive: a woman is about to join her husband in trip to a restaurant, then a wandering workman stops by, she gives him some work to do and chrysanthemum seeds, and in the end goes with her husband to dinner. Yet the story is full of deep meaning that seeps through the seemingly simple plot. The main heroine, Elisa, feels unhappy in her limited world where she has little room for self-expression except planting the flowers. Through the title the author allows readers to see that he compares the woman to the flower that needs water and sunshine to bloom. Yet Elisa in her enclosed life on the ranch misses energetic human activity and interaction with other human beings that to her are like the sunshine to the flower. Abstract
Decentralization
and centralization in organizations are two trends that are almost simultaneously at work in a modern organization. The paper examines the evidence in favor of the hypothesis that contemporary organizations are becoming more decentralized than in the past. Trends such as globalization, changes in organizational structure, new information technology, and change in employee roles examined as manifestations of growing decentralization.

Introduction
To examine whether today’s organizations are more decentralized than in the past, one should look at first review the definition of organizational structure. This structure defines the organization’s tasks, formally divides them, groups them and coordinates their execution. While there can be different types of corporate structures, they can roughly be called either centralized or decentralized.

The following essay will argue that today’s organizations are more decentralized than structures of the past. Organizations decentralize their functions because this is a more profitable and efficient way to serve more markets. Organizations of the past were less decentralized simply because they operated in different economic and social environments which did not demand much decentralization necessary for organizational survival. At present, as the companies started to pursue global customers and compete globally, decentralization appears to be the key to successful functioning and survival. As a person who turned a little hobby into an exciting career pursuit, I genuinely believe in looking at usual things and using them to learn valuable lessons. One never knows where an important issue is going to come up: whether on the train, one takes to work, in a regular activity one does every day, or in one’s kitchen.

The kitchen example is especially suitable for my situation since my cooking career began as a hobby when at the age of 8 I made my first bun in my Aunt’s bakery. Going to school, I decided to make a little money by cooking part-time, but did not stop at that: after college, I started as a culinary apprentice at Fairmont Royal York hotel in Toronto, where I was quickly promoted to stewarding supervisor and am now being considered for an assistant comptroller training program. Introduction
The
tragedies of ancient Greek authors are distinguished by an in-depth analysis of human relations and dualism of human nature, which is in conflict with itself and with encirclement. On the examples of some Greek tragedies, we can find out that human personality does not consist only of virtues or evils, but instead of a mixture of both which as a result create a conflict. The tradition set by Ancient Greek drama was continued during the Renaissance period by such famous play writers as William Shakespeare and Lope de Vega. Of course, the more significant contribution was made the plays of William Shakespeare which are often called encyclopedia of humanities life, depicting virtues and evil on the hand with love, hatred, betrayal and other issues which are universal for people of all times and nations. The drama of Sophocles and Shakespeare will be actual and immortal, even though that the humanity changes dynamically but the nature of the man had not changed at all through its long history. In most of the ways, we remain the same as we did four hundred years ago or as we were in Bible times.
