Deciding, which sports children like the best, and making their own decision also lets children learn about making choices and decisions.
Playing sports also reduces risk of heart failure, helps the reduction and maintenance of the weight, teaches self-discipline, improves self-confidence and the main thing increases the love of school and classmates and most importantly it boosts the academic performance and not makes fall.
To sum everything up, I would like to say that physical activities offer a necessary release that is needed for every person. Sports at school enable the entire school-body to come together, whether playing, or observing, to cheer for their schoolmates. While offering an pleasurable distraction from the stressors and irritators of the school, teenager’s negative perception of school as being a prison is replaced with increased school pride and feeling of delight. This increased interest in school and its life generally results in increased enjoyment of academic participation as well, resulting in better overall test scores and grades.
